A historical actor in architecture in French-speaking Switzerland, CCHE offers much more than projects. Perspectives Construction SA is part of this evolution and offers projects, from design to delivery, turnkey realization, at guaranteed prices and deadlines in the form of general and/or total contractor contracts. The company was created in 2018 and is formed of a young and dynamic team. Present in Nyon, Lausanne, and Fribourg, it carries out projects throughout the Lemanic arc and in the Bulle-Fribourg region.

To work on building projects and support the works teams, we are looking for a:

Execution Project Manager for the Fribourg region - 80-100% ###

Main tasks:

• Development and management of various projects in the preparation and execution phases
• Leading an internal team, coordination of external mandatories
• Planning and financial analysis, costing, negotiation
• Client and authority relations

Profile sought

• ES, HES diploma or training deemed equivalent
• Mastery of IT tools (Messerli, MS Project, MS Office) and appetite for AI
• Excellent knowledge of construction technology and Swiss standards
• At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland in works management or project management
• Integrity, comfortable with communication and writing
• Strong taste for numbers
• Solution-oriented
• Dynamic and rigorous
