Team Member Reservation & Reception - Bad Ramsach Quellhotel (m/f)

This is what you will do: • Active sale of our hotel services • Reception, care, and farewell of our guests • Care of individual, seminar, and banquet guests during their stay • Support of the event organization department • Reservations and billing for individual guests, groups, and business customers • All activities connected to a room reservation, such as check-in / check-out • Correspondence and other administrative tasks, as well as voucher sales using E-Guma software • Cooperation and support of the apprentices This is what you fulfill: • Completed training in the commercial field; HGT merchant/woman is an advantage • Practical experience of at least 1 year at a hotel reception • Highly service-oriented in thinking and acting • Warm, open-minded & flexible personality • Stylish German and English skills (spoken and written) • Good IT user knowledge This is what we offer you: • Attractive fringe benefits in the areas of sport, culture, wellbeing, and entertainment • 20 % consumption discount in all restaurants of the Balance Familie, including up to three accompanying persons • 50 % discount on overnight stays in a hotel of the Balance Familie, also for your family • Family atmosphere in a stable structure and organization
