As a Data Governance Specialist (Lead Data Steward), you are responsible for data management and data governance at Stadtwerk Winterthur. You ensure that data is managed as a strategic resource in a high-quality, uniform and legally compliant manner. In doing so, you coordinate the cooperation between the specialist departments, IT and other stakeholders and make an important contribution to the digital transformation. Data Governance Specialist (Lead Data Steward) (80 % - 100 %) Your tasks Development and further development of the data governance strategy as well as definition and implementation of guidelines, standards and business rules Ensuring data quality and controlling the entire data lifecycle, taking into account legal and internal requirements Definition of data access and role models as well as coordination of cooperation between the specialist departments, IT data protection and IT security Planning and conducting data audits and monitoring compliance with data governance, compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. ElCom and measurement data) Leading the committee of Functional Information Owners (FIE), prioritizing data initiatives as well as participating in cross-departmental projects Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, informatics or a comparable field of study.
