Team Leader Accounting Start: By arrangement Workload: 100% Work location: Dietlikon ZH Your tasks Professional leadership, coordination and further development of the accounting team (5 employees) Ensuring a smooth process in the operational daily business (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, real estate and general ledger accounting) Responsibility for proper, timely and legally compliant accounting according to the Code of Obligations (OR) Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR in close cooperation with the CFO Preparation of financial reports Analyses and reconciliations Preparation and accompaniment of audits as well as cooperation with external trustees and authorities Submission of VAT and withholding tax returns Optimization and further development of processes, internal controls and guidelines in the finance area Participation in ERP and finance projects Contact person for internal specialist departments in all accounting matters Your profile Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or business administration studies Ongoing or completed further training in finance and accounting (Federal Diploma level) Knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to OR Abacus knowledge is an advantage, very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) Structured, independent and responsible way of working Strong hands-on mentality Assertiveness, communication strength and cooperative leadership style The position is particularly suitable for a younger person between 30 and 40 who wants to gain first leadership experience.
