About the position In this versatile development role, you will work on innovative technologies in the field of printing and automation and accompany projects from the concept phase to the finished product. Main tasks and responsibilities Coordination and execution of assigned development tasks from concept to final product with an interdisciplinary team Evaluating new technologies and components in the field of printing and automation using prototypes, test benches, and proof of concept machines Conducting feasibility studies and experiments for new functional principles and technologies using conventional and fast-prototyping methods Maintenance and further development of modules or product families Support of the operations departments with assembly- and production-relevant questions Further development of existing and new machines and support of continuous process improvement Support of other team members What you bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study Language skills: German and English fluent in spoken and written form Ability to exert influence and motivate Structured, analytical, and methodical working style Advantageous: Experience in mechanics and two of the group's technical disciplines: control systems, fluid systems, thermodynamic processes, electronics, chemical process engineering, data processing, image processing Experience in using SolidWorks and Windchill as well as simulation and analysis tools Experience with technical decision-making processes Experience with MS-Office applications What we offer A dynamic international environment within a global technology group The opportunity to work in an innovative company in the pharmaceutical packaging industry A team-oriented culture with short decision-making paths A modern workplace in Volketswil near Zurich Attractive working conditions in an expanding international company Have we aroused your interest?
