You build upon this thanks to your manual skills, your flexibility, and your ability to work in a team, and round this off with your fit physical condition and good German skills. Offer: Long-standing experience in the construction industry allows our customer to professionally execute new buildings, additions and conversions, as well as renovation buildings. With the well-coordinated workgroups and modern aids, you can assure the customer a careful and timely execution of the construction project. As a team member, you benefit from serious induction by experienced employees, modern machines, as well as market-standard wage and employment conditions. Activity: You are able to correctly interpret designs and plans and carry out the work independently. In addition to conventional formwork, you can also correctly process formwork elements and possess experience in producing masonry with the most diverse types of stone. In multi-family houses/single-family houses and industrial buildings, you perform all arising tasks that are important for the shell construction. Furthermore, you also perform additional work in civil engineering as well as in finishing and carry out smaller excavator works if required. Within the framework of repair and renovation work, you identify the most diverse construction damages as well as their causes and will also be deployed for demolition work.
