Your tasks • Planning and controlling production processes • Personal and technical leadership of project managers and AVOR employees • Coordinating projects and ensuring a smooth process • Overall responsibility for demanding customer projects from order placement to final invoicing • Controlling deadlines, costs, quality, and project success • Change management and construction site coordination • Monitoring deadlines and utilization, controlling hours, quality assurance • Identifying and realizing optimization potential as well as further developing existing processes Your profile • Completed basic training in the technical field or in the wood industry • Project and leadership experience in the wood industry • Further training as a wood technician HF wood construction, carpentry/interior construction, wood industry, or technical merchant • Team-oriented, initiative, networked thinking and acting, as well as organizational talent with assertiveness and social competence • Independent, service- and solution-oriented way of working • German: stylistically secure Perspective You can expect a responsible key role with direct influence on company development - in a well-rehearsed team with short decision-making paths and modern structures.
