As part of a recruitment assignment for a prestigious, boutique private bank, I am currently looking for an experienced Relationship Manager Assistant to join a Front Office team.
Relationship Manager Assistant - M/F
Your main responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day client requests and providing direct support to the Relationship Manager
• Executing and monitoring payment and securities orders
• Supporting the opening, updating and closure of client relationships
• Ensuring the accurate management of client documentation and compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure the efficient and timely handling of client requests
• Maintaining regular written and telephone contact with an international client base
• Monitoring outstanding items and key deadlines relating to client relationships
• Managing correspondence, credit cards and the various administrative tasks inherent to the role
• Contributing actively to the smooth running of the team and providing cover for other assistants when required

Your profile:

• Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland, ideally within Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss banking environment and a strong understanding of Front Office requirements
• Native-level or fully bilingual English is essential, together with a very good command of French
• An additional language would be an asset
• Knowledge of Olympic would be a significant advantage
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a rigorous approach to work
• Proven ability to manage priorities and handle significant volumes of activity efficiently
• High level of autonomy, initiative and a strong solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine client-service mindset
