Your tasks
In this function, you assume overall responsibility for the specialist center with the areas of credit analysis, back office, compliance as well as risk control. Together with the Executive Board and the Board of Directors, you actively help shape the strategic further development of Die Bernerland Bank. You are responsible for the further development of corporate governance, risk and control management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, you promote efficient and future-oriented processes, review complex credit transactions and represent your area of responsibility to the Board of Directors.
Your profile
You have a university degree or an equivalent business administration or banking specialist further education. In addition, you bring several years of leadership and management experience in a financial institution.
Sound knowledge in the areas of compliance or financing as well as experience in banking operational risk management form the professional basis for this function. You think entrepreneurially, act independently and convince through conceptual strength as well as the ability to develop sustainable and practical solutions.
