Our client is an established social institution in the Canton of Aargau, which has been committed for years to the care and support of people with disabilities. With around 250 employees, the organization offers a professional and appreciative working environment in which humanity and professional competence are lived equally. To strengthen the team in the residential department, we are looking for several committed personalities as Healthcare Specialists EFZ in individual employment models between 20% and 100%.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive support of people with cognitive and physical impairments
• Agogic and nursing care in all areas of life
• Shaping the everyday life and leisure activities of the residents
• Accompanying in the internal day center
• Promotion of independent and self-determined living

Your profile

-Basic training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ

• Experience in nursing and accompanying cognitively impaired people
• Experience in accompanying physically impaired people
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Physical and mental resilience
• Good PC user skills in MS-Office
• Driver's license category B
