In Verbier, at the heart of an internationally renowned alpine destination, a new place dedicated to sport, well-being, and leisure is taking shape.
Supported by the Commune de Val de Bagnes, the Centre Sportif de Verbier is an ambitious project, conceived as a true place of life, meeting, and experiences, serving the local population as well as the many visitors to the destination.
Currently in its second phase of construction and development, the Centre brings together a multi-sports hall, tennis and padel, indoor and outdoor pools, wellness, fitness, seminar spaces, and catering services.
Intended for a wide diversity of audiences, the Centre will pursue its ambition to become an emblematic facility of the Val de Bagnes and to contribute to the attractiveness of the destination throughout the year.

General Director of the Centre Sportif de Verbier (CEO) ##

As CEO, you take the reins of an ambitious project in full development.

• You make the final choices, commercial orientations, and build the organization of the 2nd phase; you contribute to the development of the 3rd phase
• You develop the strategy and annual plans of the sports centre
• You manage and direct operational, HR, and financial aspects, as well as investments
• You maintain and develop relationships with local users (schools, associations, inhabitants), secondary residents, tenants, and partners of the sports centre
• You develop commercial business and optimize the profitability of the sports centre by proposing offers and services in line with the market
• You integrate the sports centre into the tourist, sporting, and institutional ecosystem of the Val de Bagnes and contribute to the animation of the Region as a major player

Your profile:

• You hold a university or higher education degree (HEC, Law, Social Sciences or equivalent)
• You benefit from proven experience in a function requiring commercial development aspects; general management experience is a plus
• You possess solid experience in team, financial, and project management
• You demonstrate interpersonal ease and confirmed assertiveness
• You have a real sensitivity to the balance between "public mission" and "commercial development"
• You are proficient in French and English
