What you can achieve • Be part of the committed Basel-Birstal team and contribute your flair for dealing with people at the counter and on the sales floor. • You sell all postal and non-postal branded items. These include, for example, regional products or various offers from the telecommunications sector. • You also actively advise our customers regarding services from various other sectors such as health insurance companies, insurance companies, and banks. • In the team, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility in various roles and to develop yourself personally. • If you have never worked in a Post branch before, we will make you fit! In our 4-month on-the-job training, you will be optimally prepared for your new role as a Customer Advisor. During this time, you will work with a workload of 80%, and after successful completion, in your desired workload. Your benefits at the Post. We offer a fair salary, which moves between CHF 63’000 to CHF 73’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.
