Your tasks

• Professional and warm care and support of patients and residents
• Execution of basic and treatment care according to your professional competencies
• Support of the registered nursing professionals in the care process
• Execution of medical-technical procedures and implementation of medical orders
• Observation of the health status and communication of important changes
• Professional documentation of the provided nursing services
• Promotion of independence and well-being of the persons being cared for
• Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors, relatives, and other specialists
• Active participation in high care and support quality

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Professional EFZ
• Joy in nursing and in daily contact with people
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Team spirit, empathy, and a positive personality
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility and readiness for shift and weekend services
