We are specifically developing our controlling further: away from primarily past-oriented reporting towards proactive, data-based corporate management and an active business partner for our management board. For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, technology-savvy and implementation-strong personality.

Your exciting task

• You take overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cost accounting
• You further develop our corporate management, with driver-based planning, scenarios, meaningful key figures and clear recommendations for action
• You further develop our sales, purchasing, customer and margin controlling and create additional transparency regarding profitability and costs
• You drive BI, data models and reporting processes forward and ensure a reliable data basis
• You identify meaningful application possibilities of AI in controlling and implement them pragmatically
• You actively accompany our transformation, especially during the replacement of the existing ERP solution as well as in BI and planning projects
• You lead and further develop our controlling team professionally and personally and also work operationally on central topics yourself
• You are a business sparring partner for management and specialist departments and translate analyses into concrete recommendations for action

What you bring with you

• A sound education in business administration, finance & controlling, business informatics, data analytics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, in financial planning and analysis or in performance management as well as experience in a senior, project management or leadership function
• Very good knowledge of planning, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting
• A strong understanding of ERP, BI and data architectures as well as very good Excel skills and practical experience with BI solutions
• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to summarize complex connections clearly
• Initiative, enjoyment of change and a strong hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills
