Requirements profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson (for foreign persons with corresponding SRK recognition)
• Professional experience in the Spitex sector
• Knowledge and understanding of chronic diseases, age-related changes, and demential developments
• Enjoyment of working independently and caring for clients in their familiar homes
• Driving license Kat. B is an advantage

Tasks ##

• Promotion and maintenance of the independence, quality of life, and everyday competencies of the clients
• Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures within the scope of your own competencies
• Advice and support for clients and their relatives
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
