The Department of Women, Children and Adolescents has the mission of offering quality care and adapted to the needs of women at every stage of their life and to the health problems faced by newborns, children and adolescents from birth to the age of 16. It works on the development of cutting-edge services and competence centers of specialties. The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (SPEA) is responsible for the hospital care in a day hospital or outpatient setting of children, adolescents and adolescents suffering from mental disorders. It provides holistic psychological and pediatric psychiatric care, the patient is taken into account in their entirety, including their family and social network. The SPEA is a category A training center for the postgraduate training of doctors. The service occupies the new premises of the Maison de l'enfance et de l'adolescence (MEA) which brings together all the units of the service in a particularly warm setting, specifically designed to improve the quality of care for the most fragile young patients. Psychologist at the Hospitalization Unit of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service - 100% You hold the title of psychotherapist recognized at the federal level and you wish to put your professional expertise to use within the Hospitalization Unit of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (SPEA). The Hospitalization Unit offers pediatric psychiatric hospital care (Lakayou and Oïkos-Hogan), crisis care (Kalyva), a day hospital program (Domus) and a mobile team (OCEJ-HUG). According to your profile, you participate in the management of the hospitalization unit in collaboration with the medical and nursing managers and you integrate the team of unit managers and collaborate with the managers of the different intra-hospital and outpatient devices of the Hospitalization Unit. You collaborate with the managers of the health-social interface device, mobile team OCEJ-HUG, to develop collaborative dynamics with the institutional partners of the social, education, pedagogy and health worlds involved in the care of children and adolescents in great difficulty. You assume a function of expert psychologist and you transmit your knowledge, in particular in the form of supervision and collaboration in teaching activities. In the hospital, you ensure follow-up of families of hospitalized children and adolescents, you participate in the development of care projects, team meetings and interdisciplinary syntheses, in close collaboration with the clinic managers, internal medicine doctors and with the nursing team. The mission of this position may evolve over time, for a greater take of responsibility. Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in psychology, and have a federal specialist title in psychotherapy and an AOS billing authorization. You have at least 6 years of experience in an institution. You have specific training in group dynamics and organizational analysis or you show an interest in training in this area. You have experience in managing interdisciplinary teams. You have experience in teaching and supervision. Your knowledge of the ecosystems and actors of the canton of Geneva concerned with children and adolescents is excellent. You demonstrate an ability to evolve with flexibility and adaptability in evolving, complex and interdisciplinary environments. You have the ability to combine a strategic perspective, listening to field realities and operational anchoring.
