Your tasks:
📞 Telephone contact with potential customers
📅 Scheduling consultation appointments for our field service
🗂 Maintenance and updating of customer data in the system
🤝 Friendly and professional conversation management
🎯 Achieving the agreed appointment targets

Your profile:
✔ Enjoyment of making telephone calls and communicating with people
✔ Convincing and friendly manner of expression
✔ Independent and goal-oriented way of working
✔ Good German language skills in spoken and written form
✔ Experience in a Call Center or sales is an advantage (not a must)
