YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You are the central contact person for the HR departments and the management of the Division Service in all matters related to HR Controlling
• You create the monthly HR reporting for the Swiss Service unit and prepare the figures in a manner suitable for the recipients
• You review the HR-KPIs of the Division Service monthly, detect deviations, and investigate them together with the units
• You maintain our HR dashboard in Power BI and develop it further together with our BI team
• You ensure the data quality of our HR-KPIs

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• You are enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or a Master's degree in BWL, Finance, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Numbers are your world: very good Excel skills are required, initial experience with Power BI is a clear plus - generally, you are IT-savvy and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools
• You work in a structured, exact, and independent manner - and persist even when a figure does not add up immediately
• You communicate openly and reliably and handle sensitive personnel data with absolute discretion
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written - you need both in our group-wide environment
• You can start with us for over 12 months at 40-60 % - we will coordinate the scheduling with your courses
