A Billing Clerk

For our Transvoirie SA site, in Bussigny, we are looking for: A Billing Clerk Activity rate 100% | Indefinite term contract (Workplace – Bussigny) Job description • Daily data entry (activity monitoring, tour feedback) • Prepare customer invoices based on weighing slips, delivery notes and transport orders • Control the consistency between services rendered, contractual rates and data entered in the ERP • Verify prices, supplements and special conditions; correct discrepancies and unbilled services • Issue credit notes and ensure the sending of invoices (mail, e-mail, customer portals) • Process periodic billing and month-end closings • Respond to customer requests and complaints, provide requested supporting documents • Follow up with internal services to obtain missing documents • Maintain customer data and price lists in the system up to date • Collaborate closely with operations, site managers and accounting • File, archive and prepare statements and statistics Profile sought • Training in accounting, CFC in commercial employment an asset • Mastery of standard IT tools and knowledge of Nessy (industry ERP) and Sage 200 (accounting ERP), a plus • Organized, autonomous and rigorous • Curious and capable of working in a team We offer you • A job in a family, dynamic and motivating environment, in constant evolution • Fixed and stable employment Start date: immediately Are you interested?
