For our site in Marin, we are looking for a: Accountant Your responsibilities Ensure the accounting of current operations (suppliers, customers, bank and general ledger operations) as well as the associated reconciliations. Ensure the accounting follow-up of investment requests and fixed assets. Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Reconcile intercompany transactions. Prepare VAT returns and requests for reimbursement of withholding tax. Prepare statistical reports required by the authorities (BNS, OFS). Participate in work related to current tax declarations. Participate in the preparation of external audits and provide the required analyses and documentation. Analyze discrepancies and resolve accounting anomalies. Actively participate in optimization and automation projects contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes. Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documentation in accordance with current procedures. Your profile CFC in commercial employment or training in accounting with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in an industrial or international environment. Hands-on approach, ability to evolve one's working environment and to be proactive in making proposals. Proactive, rigorous and reliable person. Excellent organization, good team spirit, integrity, efficiency and autonomy. Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Very good mastery of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Confirmed experience with SAP. Knowledge of Swiss VAT. Knowledge of IFRS standards is an asset.
