We are looking for our Wastewater Treatment Plant a STEP Production Assistant

Your mission :

• As a production assistant, you contribute with the other production employees to the success of CIMO by ensuring the proper functioning of the wastewater treatment plant in support of the operational manager

Your activities :

• Support the operational manager in monitoring the operation of the installations
• Monitor and contribute to the achievement of performance objectives (sector KPIs)
• Manage and coordinate logistical flows using the SAP software (raw materials, technical equipment, waste, -)
• Contribute to the training of employees
• Ensure the monitoring of documents necessary for operation (e.g.: operating procedures, initial states, RI, etc.)
• Collaborate with support functions to maintain and improve production tools (Projects, MODAM, safety review, commissioning, -)
• Ensure the coordination and monitoring of corrective and preventive maintenance in collaboration with the operational maintenance sector
• Participate in the optimization of installations by proposing improvements
• Report observed or predictable discrepancies and actively participate in their elimination

You possess :

• A CFC in a technical field or related to chemistry
• A federal diploma of wastewater treatment plant operator or potentially be ready to follow this training
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of water treatment or industrial production
• A good mastery of IT tools and an interest and ability to follow technological evolution in the field of water treatment
• A sense of responsibility, resistance to stress and ease in human relations
