From November, we are looking for a motivated and committed person to support the care of our 12 children and adolescents with behavioral issues and average intelligence.

Contribute your skills in-

• in the co-design of group life and group activities for the children and adolescents
• in the implementation of the care services according to the concept
• in practical everyday and leisure support
• in the care, support, and promotion of the children and adolescents

You bring with you-

• a completed subject-specific training (Sozialpädagoge / Heilpädagoge)
• professional experience, if possible in the inpatient youth sector
• psychological resilience, empathy, and readiness to set boundaries

You are cooperative, flexible, humorous, and are ready to fit into a motivated, cooperating team

• readiness for irregular working hours, weekend shifts, and night standby
• You possess a driving license
