Real Estate Manager (f/m/d) Residential & Commercial owner-side 80-100%, Ref. 6853S

Your tasks:

In this exciting position, you will manage a real estate portfolio consisting predominantly of owned residential properties.

• You accompany the re-letting process from A to Z: from processing terminations to posting advertisements and applicant management, through to conducting reference checks, drafting contracts, and apartment handovers.
• You are in daily contact with tenants, take care of their concerns, and process inquiries and complaints. You also coordinate repairs and maintenance work and negotiate directly with tradespeople and external partners.
• Communication with authorities and other stakeholders is also part of your varied everyday life.
• You will also actively participate in projects related to digitalization and sustainability.

What you bring with you:

• 2-3 years of practical experience in real estate management
• Ideally, you are currently undergoing training to become a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or have already successfully completed the further education
• Strong teamwork skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Enjoyment of communication and dealing with a wide variety of people
• Interest in innovative topics such as digitalization and sustainability
