To ensure our managers are excellently supported, we are looking for you -- a professional with drive Your role -- sparring partner, co-creator, bridge builder In this key role, you will accompany our managers along the entire Employee Life Cycle. You advise, question, support -- and lend a hand where it is currently needed. What to expect <br /> • Advise, accompany and strengthen managers -- confidently and at eye level, even in complex and demanding personnel matters • Create trust and provide orientation as a sparring partner, especially in absence management in the case of difficult illness or accident courses -- your knowledge in social and insurance law is an advantage here • Provide labor law security -- in contract design, warnings or separation processes, you are the specialist authority • Actively accompany change processes and support cultural change • Work on HR projects and initiatives with sustainable impact, including the further development and digitalization of HR processes • Perform administrative tasks and <<digital paperwork>> reliably and efficiently -- and continuously look for improvements <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Sound HR expertise, supported by further higher education in HR (e.g., HR-Fachausweis, CAS/MAS) or a relevant degree • Several years of experience in a consulting HR function, confident in dealing with managers and in complex personnel-related issues • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law; knowledge of social insurance law is an advantage, especially in the context of absence and case management • Strong communication skills, confident appearance and negotiation skills • Very structured, independent and reliable way of working with pronounced organizational skills -- administrative diligence is a matter of course for you, not a necessary evil • Pragmatism, solution orientation and a good dose of humor • Enjoyment of project work as well as the willingness to actively help shape HR and further develop existing structures <br /> Our offer <br /> • Real creative freedom: You may question, help develop and improve processes • Co-creation instead of routine: Participation in exciting, future-oriented HR projects • Inspiring environment: Working in one of the largest health networks in Switzerland -- in the middle of Bern • Attractive framework conditions: Flexible working models, targeted development and the social security of a large institution Do you feel like rolling up your sleeves and actively helping to shape the HR future of Insel Gruppe as an experienced HR Consultant?
