What you can achieve with us Together with other departments of the Generalsekretariat, you contribute to the compliance management of the IVBE. You advise internal departments on questions of corporate law, such as personnel and labor law, contract and procurement law, IT law. You impart basic legal knowledge to internal departments that they require for the law-compliant fulfillment of their tasks. You support the revision of internal regulations and are responsible for the traceable administration of business-relevant data. You maintain regular contact with the management and director and undertake tasks of business planning and administration. Which skills are important to us You bring a completed degree in law (Master of Law). The patent to be a lawyer is an advantage. You have several years of professional experience in the analysis and enablement regarding legal issues, preferably as an in-house counsel. Ideally, you have experience in public administration. Your way of working is characterized by independence and reliability. You stand out positively through your teamwork, your understanding of service, and commitment. You are distinguished by very good written and oral German or ösisch skills and good knowledge of the respective other language. In addition, you know how to explain complex legal contexts in a language understandable to laypeople.
