• Holistic and needs-based advice for customers in the areas of basic products, savings, payments, investing and pension provision
• Service and comprehensive customer service at our advisory counter
• Active cross-selling in all products including fund savings
• Identification of needs and referral of customers to the responsible specialist advisors
