Wagerenhof

The Stiftung Wagerenhof (lovingly called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple, cognitive disabilities for over 100 years and offers accompanied workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mandate. With a needs-oriented range of residential and nursing places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. In return, we entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Nursing-medical care of our residents and professional support of employees in the living spheres of housing, leisure, and work
• Support with preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• Cooperation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Monitoring and case management in the event of deterioration in the health status of the residents
• Checks, laboratory activities, and blood collection

You fit us and this position if you also place our residents (and our supported employees) at the center of your actions and bring the following with you:

• Registered Nurse (HF, FH, DN II, or AKP)
• Several years of activity in various areas of nursing
• Good professional and social competencies
• Good PC skills and very good German skills in speaking and writing
• RAI knowledge is an advantage
