For our Champagne site, we are looking for, for a quick start, our future: SITE QUALITY MANAGER Your MAIN tasks: Monitoring and updating raw material specifications Carrying out hygiene audits on the site Monitoring of control plans/Monitoring of production records Staff training (hygiene, control, …) Carrying out internal audits Active participation in HACCP monitoring Writing and monitoring of client specifications Proofreading of texts on packaging Various administrative tasks related to quality management (archiving etc..)
