We are a young, dynamic and lively team and need your support as a personnel consultant.
Career changers with sales ambition are also welcome.

Tasks:

• You maintain personal, telephone and written contact with existing customers and acquire new customers
• You independently recruit candidates, conduct personal interviews and prepare the necessary documents
• You intensively support temporary employees before, during and after their assignments
• After successful training, you intensify business relationships through customer visits. Your skill in approaching people and your persuasiveness as well as the talent to bring suitable candidates and sought-after profiles together will help you on the path to success.

What you bring with you:

• Personnel recruitment is your passion
• You can already demonstrate 2-3 years of successful professional experience in recruitment activity
• Endurance, willpower, tenacity and high self-motivation characterize you
• Your native language is Swiss German, any further language is an advantage
