Specialist Social Pedagogical Family Support Your main tasks • Social pedagogical support of families in the domestic environment • Promotion and safeguarding of child welfare • Strengthening the educational and everyday competencies of parents • Developing, implementing, and evaluating support and assistance goals • Crisis intervention and support in stressful family situations • Systemic work with the entire family system • Cooperation with legal guardians, social services, schools, specialist agencies, and other involved persons • Maintaining professional documentation and creating reports • Participation in team meetings, case discussions, supervisions, and further training Your profile • Completed studies in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, Social Work FH/HF, or comparable recognized training with professional experience in child, youth, or family assistance • Experience in outreach work and/or social pedagogical family support is an advantage • Systemic way of thinking and working • High degree of independence, capacity for reflection, and resilience • Good administrative and written skills • Flexible working hours, sometimes also in the evening • Driver's license category B and own vehicle is an advantage • Flawless reputation and willingness to provide the required criminal record extracts according to cantonal specifications.
