HR & Payroll Specialist (60 % Payroll | 40 % HR Administration)

In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for operational personnel work and support our employees and managers competently and in a service-oriented manner.
Your tasks
Main responsibility for monthly payroll processing for around 200 employees
Co-responsibility for all personnel administration from entry to exit
Support in the recruitment process from the job advertisement to the creation of the contract
Contact person for employees and managers regarding personnel-related questions
Participation in the further development of existing HR processes & support in HR projects
Your profile
Further training as an HR Specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or Payroll Specialist
Very good knowledge of payroll and social insurance (mandatory 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable role)
Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital affinity; knowledge of PEP and Lobos is a plus
Independent, exact and structured way of working
Service-oriented, discreet and responsible personality with a hands-on mentality
Positive and humorous nature as well as enjoyment of contact with employees and managers
Resilient, reliable and well-organized and flexible even in a dynamic environment
