Mission

• Proactive sales and advice
• Compliance with prescribed internal and legal directives regarding QA and occupational safety within the company
• Ensuring the cleanliness of one's own workstation
• Recognizing, grasping, and transmitting customer needs
• Ensuring the freshness and presentation of goods
• Ensuring that labeling complies with the labeling concept
• Ensuring that goods are 100% available (shelf, 2nd point of sale, promotional location)
• Carrying out inventory according to the specifications
• Taking note of complaints and transmitting them accordingly
• Scanning goods at checkout

Required skills and qualities

• Completed training in the food sector (cook, baker, retail, butcher)
• Reliable, efficient, and correct work
• Neat appearance and enjoyment of contact with customers
• Enthusiasm to take on new challenges
• Physical resilience
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Impeccable knowledge of French
• Training in handling a forklift and/or a pallet jack (SUVA standard) would be an asset.
