As a young and dynamic company in Basel, we are looking for a committed Senior Personnel Consultant (m/f/d) who specializes in the placement of skilled workers in the fields of technology, industry and logistics.

What you will achieve:

• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service or a comparable, service-oriented function is an advantage
• Alternatively, a great interest in entering the personnel consulting and recruiting sector
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as in building long-term customer and candidate relationships
• Strong communication, consulting and negotiation skills
• High service and quality orientation
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as initiative and assertiveness
• Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously and maintain an overview
• Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to learn new systems
• Strong-communicating, winning personality with a professional appearance
• Good IT skills
• Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage, French is a big plus

• Active searching, recruiting and selection of qualified skilled workers
• Placement of temporary and permanent positions
• Building, maintaining and developing an own customer and candidate network
• Acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Conducting interviews, application and qualification interviews
• Consulting and supporting customers and candidates during the entire recruitment process
• Development of suitable personnel and recruitment solutions
• Independent planning and implementation of customer visits
• Supporting candidates from initial contact to successful job placement
• High degree of personal responsibility embedded in an experienced and dynamic team
