For our new installations department, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, a:n Salesperson New Installations & Special Lift Installations. Your tasks: * Active acquisition of new customers as well as development of existing customer relationships in the area of special installations and specialized elevator solutions * Responsibility for the entire sales process from the identification of market opportunities to the conclusion of the contract * Building and maintaining a resilient network with customers, planners, architects, general contractors and other market participants * Advising customers on complex and individual solution requirements * Analysis of market, customer and competitor developments as well as derivation of suitable sales activities * Close cooperation with internal specialist departments for the development of customer-oriented solutions * Responsibility for the achievement of the defined business, growth and result targets. Your profile: * Completed technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by corresponding further training * Several years of experience in the sale of technically demanding or consultation-intensive products and services * Strong ability to build and sustainably develop customer relationships * Entrepreneurial mindset as well as high initiative and closing strength * Confident appearance at various hierarchical levels and enjoyment of networking * Structured and independent way of working as well as high quality standards * Good knowledge of MS Office applications and digital sales systems * Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other national languages an advantage * Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
