For a client located in Isérables in the canton of Valais, we are looking for a chef de rang

Chef de rang / Waiter - High-end Banquets & Catering

• Training in catering or proven experience in high-end service: ideally, you have a degree in catering and/or significant experience in high-standing establishments, 4/5 star hotels, gastronomic restaurants or prestigious events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you have excellent contact with customers, an irreproachable presentation and know how to adopt a professional, elegant and discreet attitude in all circumstances.
• Sense of detail and excellence: you are attentive to customer expectations and ensure the provision of personalized, careful and quality service. You know how to anticipate needs and demonstrate reactivity.
• Team spirit: you enjoy teamwork and are able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• Experience in event management appreciated: you are comfortable in dynamic environments and during large-scale events (banquets, receptions, cocktails, private parties, professional events, etc.).
• Dynamism and adaptability: you know how to adapt quickly to different situations, maintain a sustained work pace and remain efficient and smiling even during periods of high activity.
• Professionalism and discretion: you are punctual, reliable, autonomous and respectful of the standards of a high-end establishment and the requirements related to a demanding clientele.
• Ensure refined and personalized service in the dining room.
• Prepare and ensure the setup of the dining room before each service: setting the tables, setting out the dishes, cutlery, linen and all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the service.
