At an established general contractor in structural engineering, you will take full responsibility for demanding construction projects from planning to handover.

Your tasks ####

• Entrepreneurial overall responsibility for structural engineering projects until handover
• Independent project management, tendering, and cost control
• Organization and leadership of project teams
• Coordination with specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Technical and personnel leadership of the site team

The requirement profile ####

• Completed training as a construction manager, civil engineer, or architect
• Several years of practice in managing structural engineering projects
• Experience in team leadership and employee development
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working
• High resilience and strong communication skills
