A. CH Participate in the financial management of a growing Business Area at BKW. You act as the link between Group controlling and Shared Services management, and support management and teams with analyses, reporting, and modern steering tools. Controller (all) # Your field of activity Group Controlling • You contribute to the monthly group reporting, comment on results, and support budgeting, forecasting, as well as medium-term planning at the group level. • You analyze the financial performance of companies, derive recommendations for action, and develop reporting tools, KPIs, and controlling. • You support the consolidation, standardization, optimization, and digitalization of financial processes within the Business Area. Shared Services Controlling • You are the financial partner for shared service areas such as HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement. • You are responsible for the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of shared services cost centers and analyze cost developments. • You identify efficiency potentials, support optimization measures, and develop billing models as well as service level indicators. • You advise managers on economic issues and investment decisions. Your expertise • You have a degree in business administration at university, UAS, or HEP level, a professional certificate in finance and accounting, or comparable training in accounting and controlling. • You have at least two years of professional experience in group controlling, shared services controlling, or a similar controlling function. • You have analytical and systemic thinking, quickly grasp connections, and derive practical solutions. • You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and convince through an autonomous and responsible way of working. • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and can quickly navigate complex data structures. • You communicate easily in German; other linguistic knowledge is an asset.
