Then we offer you an uncomplicated, collegial environment to really get stuck in: Your tasks: • First point of contact for our customers (exclusively B2B) – by telephone, via email, or via the customer portal Zendesk • Processing of customer inquiries, orders and administrative tasks, complaints and returns (Customer Service B2B and B2C). • Interface to our Sales-Team – including preparation of offers, price lists and product information • Close cooperation with sales, logistics and production • Maintaining and updating customer data in the system • Coordination of deliveries and coordination with logistics • Participation in internal projects and process optimizations What you bring with you: • Native Swiss German or German • Very good English skills (oral & written, business fluent), any other Swiss national language is an advantage • Experience in customer service, inside sales or a similar function • Flair for IT and a structured way of working • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and OMS • Enjoyment in dealing with people, solution-oriented mindset and a portion of humor We offer: • Varied activity in a modern winter sports company • Dynamic, collegial team with a lot of passion for sport • Short decision-making paths and the opportunity to actively help shape processes • Home office possible
