We are a dynamic and successful company in the confectionery industry and produce the world-famous Original Basler Läckerli. To strengthen our team in Frenkendorf, we are looking for a flexible and communicative personality from 2 November 2026 to 24 December 2026 as:

Customer Service Employee (f/m) 50-70%

Your tasks:

• Telephone and written receipt of orders, inquiries and professional sales advice for our private customers
• Receiving telephone calls and greeting customers, and forwarding them accordingly to the internal departments
• Maintenance of customer master data
• Recording Saveurs applications (customer loyalty program)
• Preparation and distribution of internal and external mail
• Receipt and processing of customer complaints

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience
• Experience in internal sales, consulting and customer care
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of telephone contact
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral French skills
• Good IT user skills of the common MS Office programs
