Polymechanic - Assembly with Lean Experience

Activity

• Assemble and inspect modules and finished products according to work order and drawing
• Independently inspect finished products
• Final inspection or inspection of products for order conformity according to test protocols
• Mechanical adjustments to individual parts (if necessary)
• Active and flexible action to ensure that orders are delivered or shipped on time and with the correct quality
• Support the optimization of processes and equipment for more efficient work
• Provide production orders (partly independent preparation)
• Collaborate in quality and Lean projects, actively support and independently implement KVP tasks
• Requirements
• Completed apprenticeship as a poly mechanic with a focus on assembly or long-term experience in an industrial environment in the assembly of more complex modules
• Experience in the assembly of modules
• Team-oriented, initiative, communicative
• Occasional worldwide service deployments
