Baker-Confectioner Fine Pastry 100% (m/f/d)

Our client is a Swiss family business that, with its exquisite assortment, is among the most renowned confectioneries in Europe and stands for best quality, unique freshness and naturalness. To strengthen the Fine Pastry department, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Baker-Confectioner* (100%) starting from 01. November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring quality and hygiene specifications
• Participation in the early shift as well as, if required, the late shift
• Processing selected ingredients according to established recipes
• Production of various small-format bread specialties
• Supporting the team in daily business operations
• Production of seasonal items for Christmas and Easter
• Participation in the further development of products and processes
• Manual production of yeast and puff pastry goods

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Baker-Confectioner* EFZ or EBA
• Enthusiasm for artisanal baking and confectionery work
• Team-oriented, open and communicative personality
• Precise and quality-oriented way of working
• Resilience even under time pressure
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity
• Flexible and mobile readiness for deployment
• Possession of a driving license of category B
• Basic PC user knowledge
• Solid German skills in speaking and writing
