HR Assistant
Higher education or CFC commercial employee - HR Certificate
Desired experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
Ability to process and ensure administrative procedures related to HR management, knowledge of human resources processes and practices, knowledge of labor laws and social insurance
Rigor, sense of organization and priorities, ease with numbers, ability to work autonomously and in a team, interpersonal skills, high sense of confidentiality
Proficiency in IT tools. Knowledge of IT tools related to HR activity (Mobatime a plus)
Languages: French - with great writing skills; English: a plus100% position

Ensure administrative management of entry, transfer and exit files: electronic entry into databases, monitoring of required administrative documents, notification to insurance companies and cantonal organizations, monitoring of daily allowance payments, filing, updating personnel data (system, files, etc.)
Carry out the drafting of correspondence and various administrative documents: contracts, amendments, work certificates, requests to various social insurance providers (family allowances, maternity allowances, work permits, etc.), internal communications, training agreements, etc.
Keep all information up to date in the payroll program and provide support in the establishment of salaries
Manage and analyze employee attendance times: entries, corrections/anomalies, user support and periodic reports to managers
Declare accidents or illness and coordinate specialized stakeholders (SUVA, APG, AI, etc.)
Carry out billing follow-up (processing of temporary staff hours, reports and control of agency invoices)
