You have obtained the FMH title in psychiatry-psychotherapy (or at least the 1st part of the title in the process of being obtained), and wish to join a recognized institution specialized in mental health? As part of your function, you will be required to: • Conduct insurance, civil, and criminal expertises according to annual objectives and the highest quality rules. Supervise CNP expert·e·s in the drafting of expertises. • Ensure the support of doctors in training in the expertise development process. • Participate in the continuous training of teams to ensure a high level of competence, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic treatment methods. • Participate in reflection and clinical development times in interdisciplinary projects and orientations of the Expertise Center. • Elaborate and implement the directives and programs necessary to the objectives of the department, and ensure the smooth running of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration. The required skills for this position are as follows: • FMH diploma in psychiatry and psychotherapy or equivalent, SIM certificate and ideally holding a CAS/DAS in forensic psychiatry or equivalent • In-depth experience in expert practice • Ideally, knowledge of the Neuchâtel or Swiss health network • Interdisciplinary collaborative spirit, with an ease of working in a team and a network. • Natural leadership, associated with a developed sense of planning, organization, and decision-making. • Excellent relational and listening skills, allowing for the conduct of structured interviews, the creation of a climate of trust, the analysis of situations, and the asking of relevant questions. • Great capacity for adaptation, with an openness to change and an ease of adjusting to interlocutors, contexts, and the evolution of working methods and tools.
