As a reliable partner, the experienced team accompanies the customers' projects from the idea through planning and tendering to realization. In doing so, it represents the interests of its clients in the various fields of construction and architecture. The goal is project success – for this, the employees use their know-how and their goal-oriented approach. Your tasks: You prepare demanding construction projects by planning schedules and logistics, creating tenders and comparing offers, as well as creating works contracts. In doing so, you coordinate with the client, the authorities, and the project participants. Leading the construction projects is also part of your diverse area of responsibility. You coordinate the work on the construction site and ensure that the plans are adhered to. In the event of changes, you exchange information with those involved and thus ensure smooth communication. You negotiate with companies and suppliers, take care of compliance with regulations, and prepare the final accounting. Administrative tasks such as monitoring the construction cost budget, documenting the construction progress, minute-taking, and managing documents are also part of your activities. You have completed an apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman/draughtswoman or technician and ideally bring further training as a federal diploma construction manager HFP or a comparable qualification. As an organizational talent, you always have all tasks in view and can set meaningful priorities in a forward-looking manner even in hectic times. You have a high sense of responsibility, work in a solution-oriented manner, and appreciate contact with all participants in the construction process.
