The organization allows combining local approach and overall vision effectively, guaranteeing the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where services are requested. Thanks to the commitment and competence of over 6-500 collaborators and their attention to human relationships, L-EOC ensures high-quality healthcare, taking care of over 41'000 inpatients per year and providing over 600'000 outpatient consultations. To complete our team of Hospitality Services at the Regional Hospital of Lugano, we are looking for a contract with a fixed term of one year with a possible extension for a: Cuoco (100%) Profile: The ideal candidate has professional experience as a Cuoco in private or public organizations of medium/large size. They feel at ease in a multicultural context and know how to manage interpersonal relationships with all interlocutors. They are a willing person, flexible to change, enthusiastic about bringing new ideas, and able to ensure quality, respecting times and procedures. Necessary requirements: • federal certificate of competence as a cook AFC • solid experience in the restaurant sector • solid knowledge of equipment, food techniques, and HACCP regulations • ability to plan work effectively and efficiently • autonomy, flexibility, discretion • team-oriented work • mastery of the Italian language (spoken and written) and a second national language (Fr/D) • good computer skills Entry date: Complete applications, including curriculum vitae, motivation letter, copies of study and work certificates, must be received by 24 July 2026 only in electronic format on our company website.
