To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Administration Manager (m/f) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the organization and coordination of all administrative processes in the company
• Leadership and development of the administration team
• Optimization of processes and ensuring efficient workflows
• Creation and monitoring of budgets as well as reporting to the management
• Coordination with external partners and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal company requirements
• HR administration
• Apprentice training

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or certified executive assistant, management, or comparable
• you enjoy interacting with people
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the automotive industry
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office, Filemaker...
