with a workload of 80 %

Key areas of your work ###

• Client administration (KLIBnet)
• Payment transactions
• Client accounting and preparation of asset reports
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, municipalities, (social) insurance providers, doctors, care homes, etc.
• Registration, monitoring, reclamation and revision of (social) insurance benefits (KK, IPV, AHV/IV, EL, HE, care financing and IFEG)
• Filling out tax returns for clients
• General administrative support for the guardians
• Mail / Reception / Telephone service

Our expectations of you ###

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, experience in a professional guardianship is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Very good IT skills (Office applications, KLIBnet is an advantage)
• Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken
