Electrical Construction Manager (100%) – Try & Hire | Region Zürich

For one of our clients, we are looking for an engaged Electrical Construction Manager (80–100%) for a Try & Hire employment in the Region Zürich, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Independent management and coordination of electrical projects on new builds and renovations • Leadership and organization of the assembly teams on the construction site • Schedule, quality, and cost control • Coordination with clients, architects, planners, and other contractors • Material procurement and monitoring of work execution • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Your profile: • Completed training as an Elektroinstallateur EFZ or Montageelektriker EFZ • Further training as a Bauleiter, Elektro-Projektleiter, or comparable qualification is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in construction management • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Strong communication skills, resilient, and assertive • Good German skills • Driver's license category B We offer: • Try & Hire with the possibility of a permanent position • Responsible and varied projects in the Region Zürich • Contemporary remuneration according to experience and qualification • Modern work equipment and a professional working environment • Personal support by our team • Entry immediately or by arrangement Have we piqued your interest?
