Your tasks ## • * You lead the Work Preparation & production planning sector with technical and personnel responsibility • * You continuously develop our capacity and resource planning and create transparency for sound decisions • * You ensure economical, realistic, and timely production planning • * You analyze key indicators, identify optimization potentials, and implement improvements sustainably • * You coordinate the production program and guarantee high quality of planning throughout the value chain • * You lead the daily planning meeting and work closely with production, logistics, sales, and quality • * You are actively involved in digitalization and improvement projects and contribute to shaping our processes in a future-oriented manner • * You are responsible for QM documentation in your area • Your profile ## • * CFC technical training, ideally in the food industry, with additional BP/HF/FH training or equivalent qualification • * Several years of experience in Work Preparation, production planning, or supply chain management • * Management experience with pleasure in developing employees • * Strong IT affinity and experience with ERP, production, and planning systems • * Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a pronounced organizational talent • * Assertiveness, great social competence, and a keen sense of responsibility • * Analytical and interconnected spirit with quality awareness and focus on the sustainable optimization of processes *
