Teamlead Planning MRO 80 - 100 (w/m/d)

What you can achieve

• You lead and coordinate the AVOR/PPS team and are responsible for production planning and control in the MRO environment.
• You plan capacities and resources, create and monitor manufacturing and maintenance orders, and ensure timely material availability.
• You coordinate cooperation with purchasing, production, logistics, and sales and keep an eye on delivery dates, stocks, and lead times.
• You ensure the quality of master data, bills of materials, and routing plans and continuously optimize planning and production processes.
• You identify potential for improvement and drive Lean Management, digitalization, and automation as well as the further development of ERP/PPS systems.
• You analyze relevant key figures, create reports, and derive suitable measures from them.

What you bring with you

• You have a technical or commercial basic education with corresponding further training, for example as a process specialist (Prozessfachmann/-frau) or certified technician HF (dipl. Techniker/in HF).
• You bring several years of experience in AVOR, PPS, or production planning, ideally in the MRO environment, and are familiar with capacity planning, schedule control, and maintenance processes.
• You have experience with ERP/PPS systems, preferably SAP (PM, PP, MM), as well as good knowledge of materials management, master data, bills of materials, and routing plans.
• You have leadership experience and ideally knowledge of Lean Management, CIP (KVP), and the optimization or automation of planning processes.
• You communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner, set priorities confidently, and convince through assertiveness, organizational talent, and decisiveness.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
